dv caputo and matthew arkell curated this show i'm taking part in, opening today in nyc

"The project asks, what happens when a building no longer behaves? Perhaps it becomes an interior without manners, a sentient structure no longer interested in the affairs of its creators. Qualia Corporation's first living structure, CeraSite™, has a mind of its own. It has been freed from the human license agreements and suppression algorithms that once shackled it to a state of civic servitude. Now given the gift of life, CeraSite explores its own vital authority and logic.

Participating artists include: EOE (Kari Altmann), Ryan Whittier Hale, Daniel Leyva, MSHR, Laura Brothers, and Daniel Swan. Brenna Murphy (MSHR) will kick off the exhibition with a performance on October 27th at 6PM. The opening of NP Presents CeraSite™ happens in tandem with Chelsea Sound.
